What You’ll Do
As a Scheduling Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Your day-to-day will include:
- Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting with physician referrals to ensure patients get the care they need
- Collecting and updating important patient information (demographics, insurance, and more)
- Delivering exceptional, patient-centered service that leaves a lasting positive impression
You’ll be the connection point between patients and care—making every interaction count!

- 3+ years of clerical or administrative experience in healthcare
