Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to join the dining team at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.
Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna is a resort-style senior living community built around comfort, connection, and meaningful daily experiences. Our dining team plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment where residents and guests can enjoy great food, thoughtful service, and time together.

What You’ll Do
As a Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and team members. You will provide friendly meal service while supporting a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
You will:
• Serve meals with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Assist residents with menu selections and dining needs.
• Help with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Work closely with the culinary and dining services teams to ensure quality service.
• Create a warm, personalized experience for residents and guests.
• Support other dining services duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous serving, restaurant, senior living, hospitality, or food service experience helpful, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
• A dependable, respectful, and team-oriented approach.
• A passion for supporting Hillcrest’s mission and creating meaningful experiences for residents.

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

• Must be able to follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control practices.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
• Other duties as assigned.
