Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or a related function.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience owning advanced spreadsheets and extracting insights from large datasets.
- Experience owning financial deliverables that rely on multiple stakeholders for input.
- Experience with driver-based forecasting and planning.
- Independent and ability to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monthly close process for the YouTube's Ads and Subscriptions businesses, delivering accurate and timely reporting that provides a clear view of financial performance.
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of the monthly forecast for YouTube's gross margin, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure leadership has the most up-to-date financial outlook.
- Own the consolidated forecasts and annual plan submissions to SAP, including validation and reconciliation of numbers as needed.
- Provide continuous improvement of the forecasting and close process through improved analytics and reporting, real-time validations of inputs, and clearer storytelling to focus on the big picture to finance leadership.
- Build strong relationships across YouTube finance to ensure on-time and high-quality inputs from across the team.
