Description
TeleSolv, a mid-sized, high-performing company with more than 25 years of proven excellence across the United States, is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Supply Technician to support a critical Government logistics and supply management program. This role demands independent professionals capable of managing complex inventory systems, analyzing supply data, and ensuring the seamless movement, tracking, and accountability of materials. The Supply Technician will operate at the intersection of logistics, inventory management, and customer service—supporting large-scale operations involving tens of thousands of items annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update stock records and supply databases (e.g., R-Supply).
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Conduct inventory scheduling, tracking, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Manage supply authorization lists and determine required stock levels.
- Process requisitions and maintain records to ensure status accuracy for all active supply requests.
- Conduct technical screening, research discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor large-scale workloads involving tens of thousands of requisition lines annually.
- Manage shipping documentation, tracking, and logistics coordination for domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements and shipping regulations.
- Reconcile shipping costs and maintain audit-ready records.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Support warehouse functions, including staging, packaging, and shipment preparation.
- Provide supply status updates and logistics support to personnel across multiple units.
- Conduct detailed research using supply systems, catalogs, and records.
- Assist with procurement validation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience with Government or military supply systems and processes.
- Familiarity with systems such as R-Supply, RCRP, SABRS, DPAS, FACET, and materiel tracking programs.
- Understanding of logistics operations supporting distributed or deployed units.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with supply systems such as R-Supply, RCRP, and related logistics platforms (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
