Gaudenzia's Mission:
The EHR Analyst serves as the primary agency contact to investigate and resolve electronic health record (EHR) support requests, as well as assists in general EHR maintenance as required. The EHR department oversees managing all operations for all electronic health record systems, as well as basic training and advanced support for all EHR users.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the development of subject matter expertise on the EHR system, assisting with training and onboarding of new hires, providing support for incoming queries and issues, analysis of data and production of reports, reviewing and developing workflows and implementation of new modules or systems.
Work is performed following established regulations, policies, and procedures; however, this individual is expected to exercise considerable initiative and independent judgment in achieving objectives. Their work will be monitored and evaluated by the Director of EHR and Analytics to whom they report.
Qualifications:
Education: BA/BS in accounting, information systems, informatics, health services, or four years of related education.
Experience: Three (3) years of related experience.
Substitutions: Appropriate substitutions may be made for an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. (1-year experience = 1-year education and training).
