Requirements
A Master's degree or higher in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, or a closely related quantitative/health discipline
6–10 years of relevant experience with clear ownership of asset-level market access strategy, including payer research, TAP development, HTA planning, and launch preparation
Strong understanding of payer systems, HTA processes, and reimbursement pathways across key markets
Demonstrated ability to develop and refine TAPs, market access business cases, and payer value narratives
Proven success operating in a global matrix environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Sound judgement in balancing access ambition with evidence readiness and launch constraints.
