Flydial AI is the world’s first dedicated outbound AI cold caller, built to help businesses scale sales conversations without increasing headcount. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of the outbound calling platform, working closely with various teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver solutions for outbound sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Flydial AI’s outbound calling platform, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration
- Conducting user research
- Analyzing product performance
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps
- Writing clear specifications
- Coordinating cross-functional execution
- Translate customer and market insights into data-informed decisions
- Optimize onboarding and campaign workflows
- Ensure products meet reliability, usability, and revenue goals
- Supporting go-to-market plans
- Enabling internal teams
- Continuously refining the product based on customer feedback and competitive trends
Requirements:
- Product management skills such as roadmap planning, requirements definition, and feature prioritization for SaaS or AI products
- User-focused skills including customer discovery, user research, and translating insights into clear product solutions
- Analytical skills such as data analysis, experimentation mindset, and using metrics to drive product decisions and improvements
- Collaboration skills including cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Technical aptitude for working with AI, voice technologies, or B2B SaaS platforms, and the ability to understand APIs and integration workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise specifications, product narratives, and release documentation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Experience in outbound sales tools, CRM systems, or sales automation products is highly beneficial
