- Engage directly with OEM partners on joint provisioning initiatives spanning factory integration, OEM portals, and co-developed solutions
- Support alignment with Microsoft on Autopilot, Entra join, and Intune interoperability to ensure Workspace ONE delivers a best-in-class modern management experience
- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for making Workspace ONE UEM the premier management platform for virtual environments, including Horizon, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager
- Help drive alignment across multiple product lines with independent roadmaps to deliver a cohesive, integrated experience for virtual desktop customers
- Participate in evangelizing the UEM for Virtual vision internally and externally — building shared understanding and momentum across engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams
- Partner with engineering on PRDs, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and quality assurance to deliver well-scoped, high-quality features
- Work closely with UX designers to develop mockups and prototypes that validate concepts before engineering investment
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement for both provisioning and virtual management audiences
- Engage directly with customers through demos, advisory boards, and workshops to collect feedback and validate direction
- Support escalation management in partnership with engineering, support, and customer success
Requirements:
- Six or more years of experience in product management, technical marketing, systems engineering, or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong technical foundation in Windows — including operating systems, security, networking, and device management — sufficient to build credibility with enterprise customers, partners, and engineering teams
- Experience with modern Windows management approaches, including MDM enrollment, Autopilot, and cloud-based provisioning workflows
- Proven ability to lead products from concept to launch across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated bias for action — able to move quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on feedback
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaborative instincts and ability to build alignment across teams with competing priorities and independent roadmaps
- Experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision making
- Passion for customer advocacy, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Deep expertise in Windows provisioning technologies, including Windows Autopilot, Zero Touch Provisioning, PPKG/provisioning packages, Entra join, SCCM, MDT, and traditional imaging workflows
- Familiarity with OEM provisioning programs and factory drop ship workflows (e.g., Dell TechDirect, HP Sure Start, Lenovo deployment services)
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure, including VDI, DaaS, or related technologies such as Citrix, Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Tanium, Ivanti, or similar enterprise device management solutions
- Familiarity with application layering and user environment management solutions such as App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), FSLogix, or equivalent technologies
- Experience collaborating with cloud and hardware vendors on joint product or go-to-market initiatives
- Comfort working with UX design tools and partnering closely with designers on mockups and prototypes
