Hone Health is an online medical clinic transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity. The Product Manager, Engagement will own the roadmap for patient engagement, collaborating with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure that managing long-term health is easy and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence
- Define and track engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence)
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short
- Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
- Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc
- Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong experience crafting best-in-class consumer applications with a focus on engagement, retention, and habitual use
- Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep personal interest in health and longevity
- Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features
