About this role
SKM Group is a global professional services leader seeking a Senior Full Stack (Java / React) Developer to join a high-impact project focused on developing cloud-native applications. The role involves leading the integration of advanced AI tools into the standard software development lifecycle and building responsive, distributed systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring frameworks
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces with React to ensure a seamless user experience
- Architect and maintain distributed systems within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Deeply integrate Claude and Cursor AI into your daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and automation
- Collaborate on system architecture and technical solution designs for cloud-native applications
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor the team on AI-assisted development best practices
Requirements:
- Senior-level expertise in Java (SE/EE) and the Spring ecosystem
- Proven experience building complex frontend applications with React
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven workflows (automation, refactoring, and LLM integration)
- Fluency in Czech is mandatory
- Ability to overlap with US working hours (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET)
- Strong background in microservices, CI/CD, and containerization
