Tecore Energy is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to oversee project governance and strategic delivery. This role is responsible for establishing project management systems, managing project portfolios, and ensuring successful execution of major projects aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's overall project management strategy and development plan
- Establish an enterprise-level project management office (PMO) and governance system
- Establish standardized project life cycle management processes and methodologies
- Promote the continuous optimization of project management tools, processes and systems
- Coordinate the company's project portfolio management
- Evaluate project priorities and strategic fit
- Optimize project resource allocation and budget usage efficiency
- Ensure project investments are aligned with business goals
- Lead major company-level projects (digital transformation, system upgrades, new business implementation, etc.)
- Establish project milestones, stage review and delivery mechanisms
- Promote projects to be completed on schedule, quality and budget
- Solve key issues and risks in project execution
- Coordinate department resources such as product, R&D, operations, marketing, and finance
- Promote cross-department goal alignment and efficient collaboration
- Establish project communication, decision-making and upgrade mechanisms
- Improve the overall execution efficiency of the organization
- Establish project KPI and performance evaluation system
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality and resource usage
- Carry out project review and continuous improvement
- Regularly report project status and operational impact to the CEO or executive team
- Lead PMO and project management teams
- Establish project manager capability model and talent echelon
- Promote the construction of professional methods and certification systems such as PMP and agile
- Create a result-oriented and high-execution project culture
- Establish a project risk identification and early warning mechanism
- Manage budget, contract, delivery and operational risks
- Ensure project execution complies with company policies and industry norms
- Maintain company brand and customer trust
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, project management, engineering management, business administration or related majors
- More than 20 years of experience in project management or comprehensive operations management
- At least 15 years of experience managing large, complex projects or PMOs
- Experience in successfully delivering cross-departmental and cross-regional projects
- Project governance and project portfolio management capabilities
- Ability to dismantle strategy and promote execution
- Complex problem solving and risk control capabilities
- Cross-department collaboration and resource integration capabilities
- Executive-level leadership and organizational management skills
- PMP, PgMP or related project management certification
- MBA
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-level project management
- Have experience in project management of large groups or multinational enterprises
- Experience in digital transformation, ERP, CRM or platform upgrade projects
- Experience with agile project management or SAFe practices
- Experience reporting to the CEO or Board of Directors on major projects
