Supermercado Barra Oeste is seeking an experienced Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications while promoting Agile best practices to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and organizational priorities
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Experience managing technology, software development, digital transformation, or business process projects
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or related certifications
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Experience with risk management and change management processes
- Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies
