Arcesium is a global financial technology firm that solves complex data-driven challenges faced by some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. They are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution and continued evolution of UBOR, a critical component of their SaaS platform, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure effective product delivery and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the UBOR product roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, client needs, and delivery timelines
- Translate product vision into detailed requirements and specifications, working with stakeholders to gather inputs and communicate direction
- Balance customer requests with longer-term product objectives
- Partner with Engineering, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to translate specifications into effective design and delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure product capabilities are clearly positioned and communicated
- Represent UBOR in client meetings as appropriate to present roadmap updates, collect feedback, and ensure alignment
- Contribute to business case development for product enhancements and R&D investments
- Rapidly prototype workflows, user experiences, reporting logic, or automation concepts using AI-assisted coding and modern development tools
- Validate product ideas through lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts before committing full engineering resources
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS platforms serving asset managers or related financial services sectors
- Experience building or supporting financial technology products
- Foundational domain knowledge in hedge funds, private credit, private equity, institutional asset management, or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience across the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, planning, delivery support, and post-release feedback
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to build functional prototypes or proof-of-concepts
- Comfort with lightweight scripting, SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools to independently prototype workflows and validate ideas
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
- Hands-on experience with investment accounting (IBOR or ABOR preferred)
