Mindtickle is a company focused on revenue enablement and SaaS, and they are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive their growth. This role involves engaging with potential customers, generating interest in their solutions, and developing a deep understanding of Go-To-Market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective customers aligned with Mindtickle’s ideal customer profile
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Generate awareness and interest in Mindtickle’s solutions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery conversations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene using internal sales tools
- Handle prospect questions with a consultative and problem-solving mindset
- Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and learning goals
- Build expertise in cold calling, objection handling, and modern GTM practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or related GTM roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve
- Confidence in engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Strategic, focused, and persistent approach to problem-solving and execution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
- Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts and tools such as Demandbase is a plus
