Elly is an AI-powered recruiting agency seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand their client base. The role involves engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for Client Partners while collaborating with sales leadership and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients — from early-stage startups to established organizations — who are hiring and could benefit from Elly’s recruiting services
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding their hiring needs, growth plans, and budget
- Articulate Elly’s value clearly and confidently — explaining how our blend of human recruiters and AI automation delivers faster, higher-quality results
- Book qualified meetings for Client Partners, ensuring smooth handoffs and detailed CRM notes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to refine outbound messaging and share learnings from the field
- Track all outreach and performance metrics in HubSpot (or similar CRM), and consistently hit or exceed activity goals
- Represent Elly with professionalism and conviction, building trust from the first interaction
