Foundever is a global leader in the customer experience industry, and they are seeking a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling customer inquiries regarding various insurance policies, providing education and support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls supporting customers across Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella insurance policies
- Deliver accurate, empathetic service while helping customers understand their coverage and resolve policy questions
- Offer thoughtful, needs based coverage recommendations that genuinely fit each customer's situation
- Support billing inquiries
- Transition into full policy servicing and coverage support
Requirements:
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Comfortable managing inbound calls in a structured, work from home environment
- Open availability including evenings and weekends based on business needs
- Commitment to consistent attendance during training and your assigned schedule after successful completion is key. Your engagement, attendance, and performance throughout training help us match you with the best available production schedule for success
- Motivated to complete coursework and earn your state insurance license
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools with ease
- Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates
- Confidence explaining insurance coverage options with empathy
- Strong self motivation, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
- A hardwired high speed internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download
- A quiet, secure, and dedicated workspace free from distractions
- A webcam is provided and will be used throughout training to create an engaging, connected learning experience. Once you are in your role, you can expect to use it for team check ins, one on ones, and team activities as well
- A personal computer, laptop, or compatible tablet during College of Insurance training
- Valid state issued photo ID is needed to complete the licensing process
- 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred
