Senior Product Designer

Developios is a web design agency looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across their SaaS and web app builds. The role involves owning the design process from research to high-fidelity design while collaborating with engineers and product leads.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product design across our SaaS and web app builds
• Own the design process end to end, from research and strategy through high-fidelity Figma and design-system thinking
• Expect cross-functional work with engineers, product leads, and founders on real launches that ship

Requirements:

• 4+ years designing SaaS products, web apps, or complex digital experiences
• Fluent in Figma. Comfortable with design systems, components, and variants
• Strong portfolio of shipped products (not just concepts)
• UX research literacy. Comfortable running user interviews and translating findings
• Engineering-aware. You design with edge cases, real states, and dev handoff in mind
• Clear communicator. Can present design rationale to non-designers without jargon
• experience with AI tools (v0, Cursor, Figma AI) as part of your design workflow
• experience designing for Webflow, Next.js, or Shopify environments
