Amazon is seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Cross Devices Marketing team. This role involves owning traffic and marketing analytics, delivering insights to drive strategic marketing decisions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve recurring traffic and marketing reporting mechanisms (including WBR) with visibility to senior Devices leadership
- Serve as the single-threaded analytics expert for the Cross Devices Marketing team, consulting across product lines and channels
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, diagnose issues, and surface growth opportunities across Devices traffic and marketing performance
- Develop data visualizations and automated reporting solutions that improve decision-making speed and quality
- Partner with product line leaders and channel marketing managers to interpret results and recommend actions
- Proactively identify anomalies and emerging patterns in traffic and marketing data, escalating findings with context and recommendations
- Partner with the Devices Data team to develop long-term analytics roadmaps, align on data priorities, and ensure reporting mechanisms evolve with business needs
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation (e.g., generative AI, ML-based anomaly detection, automated narrative generation) to improve reporting efficiency and analytical depth
