Job Title: BaaN Architect
Location: Remote (Alternate week travel required to Austin, TX or San Jose, CA)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BaaN Architect to analyze, design, and optimize business processes while supporting the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process architecture, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design business processes to support technology implementation.
- Develop process documentation, workflows, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define product requirements and use cases.
- Perform user and task analysis to ensure business needs are accurately captured.
- Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participate actively in team discussions and provide solutions to project challenges.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support and mentor junior team members on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a BaaN Architect or Business Process Architect.
- Expertise in business process analysis and process optimization.
- Experience with process documentation and workflow design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
