Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support event-driven automation leveraging the FedOps framework across ServiceNow| Polycloud and enterprise platforms .
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)Develop reusable| scalable playbooks for alert remediation self-healing and operational workflows Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow| APIs| infrastructure platforms).
- Support onboarding of applications/use cases into FedOps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures| ensuring reliability and operational resiliency
Required Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including Playbook development and optimization Job templates and workflow templateso RBAC and secure execution models Integration with external systems (ServiceNow| APIs| etc.)
- Solid scripting skills (Python| PowerShell| or shell scripting)Experience with event-driven automation and operational tooling
- Strong understanding of infrastructure| application workflows| and incident management processes
