- Salesforce Technical Project Management (end-to-end implementation)
- Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Management, DevOps/CI-CD
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementation projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and admins.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, release management, UAT, and Salesforce governance.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
