Job Title: OpenText ALM Implementation & Support Lead

Location: West Chester, PA (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Duration: 2 years

Description:

We are seeking a Lead OpenText ALM Engineer to oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of our Application Lifecycle Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the end-to-end implementation of OpenText ALM tools

·         Provide high-level technical support and platform troubleshooting

·         Guide development teams on ALM best practices

·         Manage platform upgrades, integrations, and migrations

Required Skills:

·         Strong experience with OpenText ALM architecture and deployment

·         Proven leadership or lead engineer experience

·         Excellent troubleshooting and system support skills.
