Job Description:

Seeking an autonomous, completely hands-on Senior Java/J2EE Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of professional software delivery experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have robust full-stack expertise and elite communication skills, possessing the ability to operate independently, drive software design architecture, and deliver critical application components without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Full-Stack Application Delivery: Architecture, design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications using Java/J2EE enterprise frameworks and modern front-end technologies.

· Independent Execution: Take full ownership of software features from initial analysis and architectural design through coding, automated testing, and production deployment.

· Domain Integration: Implement complex financial and banking logic, ensuring compliance with enterprise security frameworks, transaction management, and low-latency data processing requirements.

· API & Service Development: Design and configure scalable RESTful web services and microservices to integrate seamlessly with core banking platforms and internal messaging systems.

· Technical Communication & Alignment: Act as a critical liaison within cross-functional teams, translating high-level business requirements into clean, manageable code while maintaining fluent communication with stakeholders.
