In this role, you will drive the integration of social and climate impact across TikTok products and services while advancing our strategy to position TikTok as the platform of choice for nonprofits. You will play a key role in enhancing product features and services for the nonprofit community, ensuring greater accessibility and impact. The Social Impact Coordinator will be an integral member of the Global CSR team and work very closely with the Brand and Communications Team and the Public Policy Team. The team's work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing product, partnerships, people and planet strategies. The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end CSR advertising credits program, enabling NGOs and impact partners to effectively scale their presence and reach on TikTok.
- Empower NGOs and their agencies through strategic education on TikTok's advertising suite, creative best practices, campaign optimization to maximize real-world impact.
- Orchestrate global impact campaigns by collaborating across teams to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and refine advertising offerings.
- Manage the TikTok Donation Sticker feature, from coordinating technical activation for local and emergency response efforts to scaling the overall in-app fundraising journey.
- Advocate for nonprofit needs by partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to streamline platform experiences and improve product offerings.
- Build and optimize scalable operations, including automated workflows and impact-tracking dashboards, to ensure a seamless experience for all global stakeholders.
