About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Supply Chain Representative to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of Redefine Meat, ensuring that our international customers—ranging from foods service wholesalers to retailers—receive exceptional support and service throughout their journey with us.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics or other equivalent degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer-oriented commercial position
• Positioned in the Netherlands and live close to Best.

Your mission

As Customer Supply Chain Representative, you are a true generalist with the ability to oversee the full process — from production through to delivery to the customer. You combine strong customer-facing skills with operational planning responsibilities, ensuring both our customers and our production lines are well-served. As the central point of contact for our customers, you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Customer Service (70%)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and EDI platforms;
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in our systems and ensure accurate follow-up with external logistics service providers (LSPs);
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support on orders, deliveries, product information, and general inquiries;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and supply planning teams to ensure seamless product availability for our customers;
• Track and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating where necessary;
• Manage stock levels at external partners accurately and proactively;
• Drive towards 100% OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance, using data to monitor, analyse, and act on deviations;
• Identify and drive improvements in ways of working and customer experience as part of our continuous improvement culture — you get energy from turning data into action;
• Work primarily from our production site in Best, with occasional visits to our Utrecht office when needed.

Material Requirements Planning (30%)

• Run and maintain the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process;
• Responsible for call-off of packaging materials and raw materials based on production planning;
• Manage the MRP exception list and drive timely escalations where supply risks arise;
• Execute rollovers of packaging and raw materials in line with product changes or phase-outs.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in working with and ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Problem-solving attitude with a high level of initiative and ownership.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in the food industry is a strong plus.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch & English. German is a real plus (additional languages are an advantage).
