What You'll Do
As our Social Media Executive, you'll be the voice of Cityfurnish across digital platforms. You'll help shape our online personality by creating engaging content, spotting trends before they go mainstream, collaborating with creators, and executing campaigns that build an unforgettable brand.

Key Responsibilities
📱 Own Our Social Presence
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects Cityfurnish's fun, relatable, and customer-first brand personality.
🎯 Create Content That Stops the Scroll
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy, and community content that drive engagement.
- Brainstorm fresh content formats including Reels, carousels, memes, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based creatives.
- Turn everyday moments into content that people genuinely want to watch, save, and share.
🚀 Drive Campaigns & Collaborations
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives through impactful storytelling.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and agency partners to execute campaigns and maximize reach.
- Work closely with design, performance marketing, CRM, and product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
📈 Stay Ahead of Trends
- Keep a pulse on internet culture, social media trends, platform updates, memes, and consumer conversations.
- Monitor competitors across furniture, home décor, appliances, D2C, lifestyle, and consumer brands to identify new opportunities.
- Experiment with fresh ideas and continuously optimize content based on audience response.
📊 Measure What Matters
- Track content performance, engagement, and campaign metrics across platforms.
- Generate insights, identify what's working (and what's not), and use data to improve future content strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen understanding of social-first content.
- Up to date with the latest trends, creators, memes, and platform algorithms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where ideas move quickly and execution matters.
- Creative mindset backed by analytical thinking and a willingness to experiment.
