Design, configure, and maintain Infor T&A and Absence Management modules in alignment with business rules, HR policies, and legislative requirements.
-
Manage pay rule configurations, work schedules, shift patterns, accrual policies, and leave entitlement schemes within the Infor platform.
-
Ensure system integrity through regular audits, data validation, and continuous monitoring of T&A and absence workflows.
-
Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patch applications, and regression testing activities in partnership with the technical team.
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis
-
Act as the primary functional point of contact for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders across multiple business units.

Support, Training & Continuous Improvement
-
Provide Level 2/3 functional support for T&A and Absence Management issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption.
