INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions. They are seeking a Product Operations Project Manager to support their Product organization by optimizing systems and workflows that enable product intake, planning, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the Product organization's intake and planning workflows across internal systems using Wrike
- Partner with Product Managers to manage incoming business requests, prioritization, and overall request lifecycle
- Improve existing intake processes by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
- Build lightweight internal tooling and user interfaces using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code ("vibe coding")
- Integrate data across systems using APIs and MCP where applicable to improve workflow automation and reporting
- Support MCP configuration and management, including enabling integrations, managing tokens, configuring views, and maintaining tooling used by the Product organization
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to improve planning processes and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that provide visibility into: Business requests, Request status and progress, Planning metrics, Operational health
- Administer and optimize Wrike, including: User management and access, Workflow configuration, Reporting and dashboard development, Best practices and governance
- Extract, manipulate, and combine data from multiple systems using SQL to create meaningful operational insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing internal product or operational tooling
- Experience administering or supporting Wrike
- Experience working with MCP integrations or similar connector frameworks
- Experience with 'vibe coding' or AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code to rapidly prototype internal applications and workflows
- Experience supporting Product Operations within a large enterprise technology company
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating, and merging datasets
- Experience building dashboards, reporting, and business visualizations
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Strong understanding of workflow management tools
