Endava is a technology company focused on harnessing technology to drive meaningful change. They are seeking a Product Manager for Revenue Cycle to lead the strategy and execution of revenue cycle capabilities, responsible for product lifecycle management and collaboration across various teams to enhance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
- Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives
- Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints
- Partner with revenue cycle operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions that deliver value
- Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap
- Manage the vendor relationships of the products within our revenue cycle digital portfolio
Requirements:
- Experience with the healthcare industry and the revenue cycle technology used within
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment is a plus
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, or related, with a strong track record of launching successful software products
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products
- The ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
