Electrical Engineering Manager

Metric Geo is a firm specializing in the design, construction, and maintenance of critical electrical and mechanical systems across various sectors. They are seeking an experienced electrical engineering manager to oversee MEP project execution and guide engineering standards while supporting a team in delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple low-voltage design projects
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and successful delivery of project milestones
• Perform and review low-voltage electrical designs, power system studies, and SKM modeling
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, AHJ requirements, and applicable industry standards
• Coordinate project planning, construction documentation, submittals, and cross-functional execution
• Analyze field data, develop technical solutions, and provide field support throughout the project lifecycle
