Software Implementation Engineer (Chinese Bilingual)

R.O.B.O. is a warehouse automation services company seeking a bilingual Software Implementation Engineer to support the deployment of automation systems across customer sites in the United States. The role involves software and hardware integration testing, troubleshooting, and providing operational support after deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform software and hardware integration testing
• Execute interface testing between software platforms, upstream systems, and third-party applications
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system go-live
• Perform system validation, pressure testing, and data verification
• Support server deployment and configuration
• Create and maintain system maps and deployment documentation
• Troubleshoot software and system integration issues during implementation
• Provide on-site production support and operational maintenance after deployment
• Work closely with engineering teams, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1+ year of experience in software testing, implementation, or system integration
• Working knowledge of Linux command-line environments
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Java, or similar languages
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States for customer projects
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, WMS/WCS, AGVs, AMRs, or material handling systems
• Experience supporting software deployment in production environments
• Knowledge of networking and server configuration is a plus
