Kforce Inc is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects or project components within the Program Management Office/IT Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of assigned projects, overseeing project status, and creating reports for senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple small to medium size projects simultaneously by coordinating associated personnel, materials, budgets, and other project components
- Analyze project requirements with the senior management to evaluate the feasibility of requests
- Ensure the successful completion of key project deliverables
- Oversee the project status and create status reports for senior management as necessary
- Interact with all levels of personnel from senior executives to line-level professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of working experience in Leadership and Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify deficiencies and take corrective action
- Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers
- Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio)

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
