The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is crucial in generating qualified leads and driving sales growth for our AI and data management platform solutions in the water infrastructure industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prospecting through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to identify potential customers
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule sales appointments for the sales team
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (form fills, chat, calls, demo requests)
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and educate them on our product offerings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all interactions in CRM software (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and strategies
- Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape
