Limble is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to support marketing execution during a maternity leave coverage period. This role focuses on email marketing operations, automation management, and promotional campaign execution to engage and convert prospects through targeted communications.
Responsibilities:
- Audit existing email nurture programs and marketing automations in HubSpot — evaluate performance, identify gaps, and deliver a prioritized set of recommendations
- Implement approved changes to nurture sequences, workflows, enrollment triggers, and segmentation logic directly in HubSpot
- Build and launch promotional email campaigns to support content, webinars, and offers — managing copy coordination, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment
- Develop and execute webinar promotion sequences including registration campaigns, reminder communications, and post-event follow-up nurtures
- Partner cross-functionally with the marketing team to align email execution with broader campaign calendars and content launches
- Monitor email performance (open rates, click rates, conversion, unsubscribes) and make ongoing optimizations based on the data
- Manage prospect engagement programs in Qualified, supporting timely and relevant outreach to active pipeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or lifecycle/demand generation marketing in a B2B environment
- Strong HubSpot proficiency — specifically in email campaign execution, workflow automation, list segmentation, and performance reporting. This is required
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaign timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
- Data-driven approach — comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends, and translating insights into action
- Experience with Qualified or similar AI-powered prospect engagement tools is highly preferred
- Familiarity with webinar promotion workflows and post-event nurture programs
