ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate, and they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The role involves developing integrated marketing programs, executing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing performance across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Marketing leadership to optimize performance across the funnel
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that support demand generation, product launches, webinars, customer engagement, and business growth
- Lead Generative Engine Optimization efforts to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences
- Partner with content, product marketing, and web teams to increase discoverability, authority, and organic traffic
- Grow awareness and engagement among recruiters, talent acquisition leaders, HR teams, and executive buyers
- Support thought leadership, analyst visibility, influencer engagement, community initiatives, and audience expansion programs
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, attribution, conversion rates, and business outcomes
- Turn insights into action and recommendations that improve results
- Develop campaigns that support retention, expansion, advocacy, and customer engagement
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign management within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline through multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analysis
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign execution tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills across email, social, webinar, and campaign content
- Ability to work independently and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Comfortable collaborating across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Experience marketing to Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or People leaders
- Familiarity with recruiting technology, talent intelligence, or HR technology
- Experience with GEO, SEO, content strategy, or thought leadership programs
- Experience supporting both net-new acquisition and customer expansion motions
