Responsibilities:
- Create, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Track marketing performance metrics including leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and increase growth
- Maintain and improve website content, landing pages, and user experience
- Support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve search rankings and website conversions
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Create marketing content including:
- Blog articles
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn content
- Case studies
- Recruiting materials
- Client success stories
- Help develop Willow’s brand voice and online presence
- Turn company wins, team stories, and industry insights into engaging content
- Build content that positions Willow as a leader in mortgage processing
- Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Support lead generation efforts focused on mortgage professionals and business partnerships
- Analyze engagement metrics and improve campaign performance
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM processes
- Help convert marketing activity into measurable business opportunities
- Manage Willow’s social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn and industry platforms

Requirements:

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
