MARKETING MANAGER, PUBLIC SECTOR & EDUCATION

Cella, a Randstad digital company, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support the growth of their North America Public Sector and Education business. The role involves driving campaign planning and execution in collaboration with various teams to achieve measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute quarterly marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns, and email nurtures to drive pipeline growth
• Content & Events: Support sales teams by creating targeted content assets (one-pagers, case studies) and executing events (webinars, executive dinners, roundtables)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with SDR/BDR teams on lead follow-up strategies, and coordinate with external vendors to fulfill digital media and event deliverables
• Data & Tracking: Build targeted lists, track campaign performance, and provide clear impact metrics to sales and field marketing leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong track record in campaign management, content development, and event execution
• Proficiency with enterprise CRM platforms, campaign tracking/code creation tools, and data visualization software (e.g., Business Objects)
• Excellent strategic thinking, sharp writing skills, and a high level of organization
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and thrive in fluid, high-growth environments
• Public Sector or Higher Education marketing experience is a strong plus
