Senior Project Manager Intercompany

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Intercompany to support global ERP transformation initiatives, including the One ERP implementation and LEAP 2030 growth strategy. This role will focus on standardizing and improving intercompany processes across a global landscape, bridging business and IT to ensure alignment across systems, data, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current intercompany processes and define scalable future-state designs aligned with the One ERP template
• Drive adoption of hybrid intercompany models and align global buying and selling entities
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, M&A integrations, and system/data changes
• Ensure high-quality data migration and validate end-to-end testing scenarios for deployments
• Coordinate deployment and cutover activities to ensure successful system go-live
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and program teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within ERP transformation environments
• Strong expertise in end-to-end intercompany processes and system setup
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with ERP implementations, data migration, and M&A integrations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to operate both strategically and at a detailed execution level
• Strong ownership with the ability to work independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional global stakeholders
• Experience with EDI, integrations, and middleware solutions
• Experience working in global or multinational environments
