Talentsearchpro is seeking a Growth Lead to drive their growth strategy across various marketing channels. The role involves executing initiatives in influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute client's growth strategy end-to-end across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content
- Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors
- Design and launch new growth initiatives. client has not yet tested
- Drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Work directly with the founder to shape client's growth narrative as the platform expands from images into video and audio
- Operate as a high-agency, scrappy operator across multiple growth functions simultaneously
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of marketing or growth experience
- High agency: identifies problems and drives solutions without being told
- Scrappy operator: rolls up their sleeves on execution, not just strategy
- Fast learner: picks up new channels, tools, and initiatives quickly
- End-to-end ownership: comfortable owning a growth initiative from concept through measurement
- Demonstrated measurable impact in past roles
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage, founder-led growth function
- Excited about generative AI and client's mission to build the creative suite of the future
- Prior performance marketing agency or in-house experience
- Social media leadership at a consumer or prosumer brand
- Prior to founding marketing or first-marketing-hire experience at a startup that scaled
- Familiarity with generative AI products (image, video, audio generation tools)
- Experience selling to or marketing for B2B (Teams product) and B2C (personal use) audiences simultaneously
- Influencer marketing track record with measurable results
