Anomaly Squared is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center – Pre‑Sales Agent to join our growing telecommunications team. In this role, you will contact prospective customers, identify their needs, and qualify leads that support our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and determine interest in our services
- Qualify leads and collect accurate information for the sales team
- Maintain detailed and organized records in CRM software
- Build rapport quickly and represent Anomaly Squared with professionalism
- Meet daily and weekly performance expectations
Requirements:
- Must provide your own equipment (Windows PC, high‑speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace)
- Must currently live and reside in one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
