Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AWS Platform / DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and microservices architecture. This role requires strong scripting skills and experience building highly available, secure, and production-grade cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS).
• Develop and support microservices-based architectures.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and DevOps best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on EC2 and EKS environments.
• Configure and maintain AWS messaging services including SQS, SNS, and MSK (Kafka).
• Manage cloud databases including Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Monitor production environments using observability, telemetry, and application performance monitoring tools.
• Perform application profiling and performance tuning.
• Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and high availability strategies.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
