Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IBM Cram Developer to support ongoing application development and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Cram and expertise in business rules, verification processing, notices development, security remediation, and modern UI technologies.
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience with IBM Cram
Strong experience with Cram Express Rules (CER)
Experience with Verification Lifecycle Processing (VLP)
Experience developing and maintaining Notices/Correspondence
Hands-on experience with React.js
Experience addressing security vulnerabilities and POAM (Plan of Action & Milestones) items
Strong understanding of application development, testing, and support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance IBM Cram applications
Develop and maintain CER business rules
Configure and support VLP processes
Create and modify notices and correspondence templates
Develop React-based user interface components
Resolve security findings and implement remediation activities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Support testing, deployment, and production issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in government, healthcare, or social services programs
Knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies
Experience working in Agile environments
