Job Overview:

Required Qualifications:
Provides technical leadership for implementation and roadmap for all ITSM modules
Expert in ITIL processes that underpin the modules
Experience in conducting technical "art of the possible" workshops with customers to define requirements based on out-of-box S
Ability to lead a technical design workshop
Ability to mentor more junior developers
Excellent customer facing skills
Hands on technical skills, willing and able to write code, business rules, ACL's, scripts, script includes, workflows, and configuration of all ITSM modules:
Incident Management
Knowledge Management
CMDB
Change Management
Problem Management
Service Request/ Catalog
