
Position Purpose
The Clinic Lead supports daily front- and back-office operations to ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience. Reporting to the Clinic Supervisor, this role serves as a key resource for team members, reinforcing workflows, customer service standards, and operational efficiency while supporting compliance and accuracy.
What You Will Do
Coordinate front and back office activities, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow
Monitor clinic operations and communicate delays or barriers to leadership
Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and provide informal team guidance
Reinforce customer service expectations and support service recovery efforts
Assist with insurance verification and registration accuracy
Help maintain audit readiness and adherence to policies and procedures
Identify trends in patient feedback and escalate concerns as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
Knowledge of scheduling, registration, and insurance verification processes
Ability to guide and support team members in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
