As we get ready to open our brand-new hotel, we’re looking for Cooks who bring passion, precision, and great energy to the kitchen. If you love the rhythm of a busy service, take pride in every plate, and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, this is your chance to help create something from day one.

This isn’t just cooking—it’s helping craft the guest experience, one dish at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing):

• Preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, quality, and care
• Following recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Working side-by-side with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient
• Making sure every dish goes out fresh, hot, and on time
• Keeping food safety top of mind—proper temps, labeling, and rotation always
• Supporting prep, stocking, and setting up for each shift
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action
• Jumping in wherever needed—because great kitchens run on teamwork
• Helping with deliveries, dishwashing, and end-of-shift cleanup

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous kitchen or hotel experience
• Food safety or ServSafe certification

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $25.00
