The Express Technician performs the high-volume, fast-turnaround work that builds the foundation of a long career in this industry -- and on a flat-rate plan, your speed and consistency directly drive your paycheck.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform routine maintenance services -- oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multi-point inspections -- quickly and accurately

• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify basic vehicle concerns and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed

• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently -- documenting work performed and parts used with precision

• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive accurate recommendations and timely updates

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in the express lane

• Stay current on Subaru technical service bulletins and manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures

• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure -- your speed and quality directly determine your earnings

• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented service environment where consistency and accuracy are the standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Entry-level to early-career technicians welcome -- this is a strong starting point for building a long-term automotive career

• Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and routine maintenance procedures

• Fast, accurate, and able to maintain quality even when production speed matters

• Comfortable using basic diagnostic and shop tools

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing hands-on repair work throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A team-first mindset -- you're building skills alongside technicians who can help you grow
