As Head (SVP), Sustainable Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wealth advice and investment solutions for our members. You will have the opportunity to influence enterprise strategy, lead a talented team of professionals, and build innovative wealth solutions that create both financial prosperity and positive social impact.
Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Head (SVP), Sustainable Wealth Management, you will set the strategic direction and drive performance of Vancity’s Wealth Management division, including oversight of investment management and wealth product offerings. You will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives, champion a member-centric and advice-based model, and ensure strong financial outcomes while advancing sustainable and community-focused wealth solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced executive leader with a strong track record in transforming and scaling multi-channel wealth businesses, who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering long-term member value.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the EVP, Inclusive Banking and Sustainable Wealth. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $242,000 to $299,250 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
