Are you studying HR or looking to build practical experience in Human Resources? We are looking for an HR Intern to support our France team with a variety of local and regional HR administration, compliance, employee experience, and coordination activities.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across several HR areas, including employee documentation, French-specific HR compliance, training coordination, onboarding follow-up, social dialogue support, employer branding, and office-related HR coordination.
You will help organize and structure local HR documents, support the transition of certain paper-based records into digital formats, assist with mandatory French HR processes, and contribute to initiatives that improve the employee experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, fluent in French, comfortable working in English, and eager to learn how HR operates in an international business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administration and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Help archive and structure paper-based HR and administrative records.
- Support the update and digitalization of the French personnel register.
- Assist with French HR compliance processes, including health and safety documentation, career interview tracking, and mandatory HR templates.
- Support the consolidation of working time reports.
- Coordinate France-specific training follow-ups and documentation.
- Prepare insights from onboarding feedback and support employee experience initiatives.
- Help maintain the French Welcome to the Jungle page and coordinate local employer branding content.
- Assist with selected office coordination topics where local presence is required.
What We’re Looking For
- Student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field.
- Fluent French and good working English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in HR operations, compliance, employee experience, and employer branding.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AI tools.
