Serve as the primary point of contact for project development and implementation
Maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders
Elicit and document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
Conduct discovery workshops to identify needs
Create training materials and provide customer training

Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Proven experience in FSM and/or CSM
Enjoy documenting complex topics clearly and working in a solution-oriented manner
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Project management skills to coordinate schedules
Experience with FSM solutions from major vendors
Ideally, certifications within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
