Overseas Quality Project Expert-KD

Responsibilities

1. Quality Project Management: Liaise with domestic project teams on vehicle model quality matters,ensuring key issues and risks are effectively cascaded to overseas markets in a timely manner. 2. Quality solution planning: Develop rapid response and control plans for quality issues in trial production and early SOP of overseas new models;oversee overall quality control and improvement for the entire vehicle to meet quality targets at all phases. 3. Quality data analysis: Conduct regular inventory and data analysis of quality issues to identify top problems,evaluate improvement efficiency,analyze bottlenecks,spot key risk points,and propose targeted control measures. 4. Organize and chair daily quality meetings,team lead meetings and special issue meetings;coordinate with DRE,SQE,manufacturing and other responsible parties,align resources to drive quality improvement. 5. Manage quality issues: Monitor issue closure rate regularly;lead cross-departmental efforts to resolve top problems,including defining and reviewing temporary countermeasures and implementing permanent solutions.

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Materials or relevant disciplines. 2. 10+years of experience in vehicle process quality/quality management at automotive OEMs,with 3+years of experience in quality problem resolution and improvement. 3. Basic English listening and speaking skills;able to communicate in English for daily meetings and document exchanges. 4. Familiar with quality tools including QC seven tools,fishbone diagram,FTA and able to apply them in daily work. 5. Familiar with ISO9001 and relevant quality management systems. 6. Familiar with core quality tools:FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP. 7. Strong coordination and communication skills,proactive,team-oriented and able to work under pressure;open to periodic overseas business travel.
